DESCRIPTION:

Provides general administration to a variety of support functions and/or division/department functions. Supports internal and external customers in coordination with management, Caterpillar, other vendors, etc. 

Compensation: up to $26.00 per hour                      

REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Willingness to learn and be trained
  2. Excellent interpersonal skills, and written and verbal communication skills
  3. Demonstrated knowledge/ability with customer service and support
  4. Able to communicate with team members and customers
  5. Good working knowledge of computers, spreadsheets, word processing programs
  6. Ability to work independently or in a team environment with rapidly changing priorities and demands  
  7. Assist work team to meet the objectives of the department and The Company

 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  1. Process and maintain forms, invoices, logs, records, etc timely and accurately that are applicable to the department/division; files records and reports
  2. Coordinate, execute, and audit physical and electronic files appropriately
  3. Researches discrepancies as necessary and ensures they are correct according to standards and procedures
  4. Assist in training customers (internal and external)
  5. Communicate both verbally and in writing to all levels of company management, customers, employees, and outside vendors both proactively and reactively
  6. Comply with all government regulations relevant to the position/area
  7. Recommend to manager ideas to improve the departments operating procedures or business practices and participate in and support continuous improvement of all related activities and processes
  8. Project a positive image by interacting with fellow employees, customers, and management in a cooperative, supportive, and courteous manner; display a professional attitude; comply with company dress code
  9. Create and maintain good communications (verbally and in writing) and relationships with other Company departments, branches, employees, outside vendors, and customers by addressing and resolving concerns quickly
  10. Follow all work, safety rules, and procedures
  11. Perform other duties as necessary, required, or assigned
