REQUIREMENTS:

  1. High school diploma or equivalent
  2. Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
  3. Strong verbal and interpersonal skills
  4. Ability to use a computer terminal and learn transactions for preparation of claims

 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  1. Reviews work orders, parts listing and service reports for the purpose of preparing claims
  2. Prepares claims describing failure and corrective action in a logical sequence and a timely manner
  3. Assist management in resolving invoice disputes
  4. Develop and implement methods for utilizing warranty statistics and controlling warranty costs
  5. Process warranty credit memos
  6. Required to work overtime as needed
  7. Some travel may be required
  8. Performs other duties as necessary and assigned
