DESCRIPTION:

Maintain a high degree of discretion in handling confidential/sensitive information and exercise initiative in all assigned areas, high integrity and accountability standards. Assist work team to meet the objectives of the department and the Company Ability to communicate effectively in spoken and written English. Ability to operate a P.C. (Windows, Excel, Word)

Compensation up to: $18.00 per hour

REQUIREMENTS:

  1. High school diploma or equivalent
  2. Enrolled in a post-secondary school, working towards a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related fields
  3. Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
  4. Good verbal and interpersonal skills, with a strong desire to learn with professional drive
  5. Excellent interpersonal skills, and written and verbal communication skills
  6. Ability to operate a PC (Windows, Excel, Word)
  7. Advanced knowledge in Adobe Suite, In-Design- Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.
  8. Highly self-directed

 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  1. Maintain a high degree of discretion in handling confidential/sensitive information and exercise initiative in all assigned areas
  2. Create flyers, programs, postings, etc. through graphic design platforms to assist with marketing needs
  3. Collaborate with internal teams to create whitepapers, data-driven graphics, and vibrant PowerPoint presentations for various audiences
  4. Willingness to help with planning and assisting for marketing events
  5. Possibly travel to branches or other locations as required to perform assigned duties
  6. Maintain a valid motor vehicle operators’ license
  7. Ability to work independently or in a team environment with rapidly changing priorities and demands
  8. High integrity and accountability standards
  9. Focus on cross-functional teams to create communications for both internal and external channels
  10. Assist with preparing reports and records and analyze data to utilize assets properly
  11. Compile, analyze and present information as requested and required
  12. Recommend to manager ideas to improve the departments operating procedures or business practices and participate in and support continuous improvement of all related activities and processes
  13. Project a positive image by interacting with fellow employees, customers, and management in a cooperative, supportive, and courteous manner; display a professional attitude; comply with company dress code
  14. Create and maintain good communications (verbally and in writing) and relationships with other Company departments, branches, employees, outside vendors, and customers by addressing and resolving concerns quickly
  15. Follow all work, safety rules and procedures
  16. Perform additional duties as necessary and assigned
