The CRM Marketing Specialist will collaborate closely with different teams to uphold and enhance the organization’s CRM system. The position demands technical knowledge, business understanding, and excellent communication skills to effectively connect technology with business users.

REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or equivalent industry experience in Sales/Marketing preferred
  2. 2+ years’ experience in sales or marketing
  3. Experience working in CRM, preferable Microsoft Dynamics
  4. Experience in working with email automation
  5. Strong verbal, written, persuasion, analytical, and interpersonal skills
  6. Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced organization
  7. Excellent organizational and computer skills
  8. Knowledge of customer acquisition and retention strategies
  9. Confident and articulate and able to inspire and engage others
  10. Ability to translate insights into actionable marketing recommendations
  11. Excellent time and project management skills, with the ability to manage detailed work and communicate project status effectively to all levels
  12. Knowledge of Google Analytics, online and email KPIs, Social Media analytics
  13. Assist in the implementation of the enterprise solutions marketing strategy
  14. Willingness to learn, be trained, and coach
  15. Ability to work independently or in a team environment with rapidly changing priorities and demands
  16.  Maintain a high degree of discretion in handling confidential/sensitive information and exercise initiative in all assigned areas, high integrity and accountability standards
  17. Ability to utilize essential technology (Windows, Excel, Word, Share Point, Other)
  18. Travel to branches or other locations as required to perform assigned duties, maintaining a valid driver's license

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  1. Manage lead input process by accessing multiple systems and transferring data between systems.
  2. Ensure data integrity within the CRM system by implementing and maintaining data quality standards, performing regular audits, and overseeing data cleansing initiatives.
  3. Leverage multiple data sources to acquire and maintain up-to-date information for data governance and compliance.
  4. Maintain training documentation for CRM users across the organization.
  5. Using CRM capabilities, identify opportunities to streamline business processes.
  6. Work closely across organization with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to understand their CRM needs and ensure the system supports their objectives.
  7. Knowledge of CRM systems and related technologies. Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software and updates.
  8. Aptitude for identifying issues, developing solutions, and improving CRM processes and workflows.
  9. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  10. Meticulous approach to data management and system configuration to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  11. Be a proactive part of the office team, contribute to all aspects of sales and marketing operations and develop collaborative partnership with our Sales and Rental teams.
  12. Project a positive image by interacting with fellow employees, customers, and management in a cooperative, supportive, and courteous manner; display a professional attitude; comply with company dress code
  13. Create and maintain good communications (verbally and in writing) and relationships with other Company departments, branches, employees, outside vendors, and customers by addressing and resolving concerns quickly
  14. Follow all work, safety rules, and procedures
  15. Perform other duties as necessary and assigned
