The Aftermarket Supervisor will continuously improve Boyd Cat processes in the sales funnel execution and data alignment realms by implementing an experienced supervisor to lead two specialists who specialize in each segment, respectively. This role will have strategy-based objectives on topics including but not limited to: Coverage, STU, OLGA, PSEs, Sales Funnel Execution, Facebook Marketplace Sales, Sales Rep Scorecards, and the Caterpillar Legendary Challenge. This role will contain some administrative tasks however the main objective will be to create a uniform strategy for the topics outlined above

REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience
- Minimum 2 years’ experience
- Excellent interpersonal skills, and written and verbal communication skills
- Able to communicate with team members and customers
- Good working knowledge of computers, spreadsheets, word processing programs
- Ability to work proficiently within Microsoft Office applications, with added emphasis on a proficient ability in Excel
- Digitally organizing different data sets is required
- 1-2 years in an environment manipulating and organizing data
- Knowledge of the Caterpillar expectations for dealerships as it pertains to the job functions outlined above with a proven track record of success in these areas
- Ability to work with Caterpillar SME’s on a professional level while representing the values of the Company
- Highly self-directed
- Ability to work independently or in a team environment with rapidly changing priorities and demands
- Travel to branches or other locations as required to perform assigned duties
- Maintain a valid motor vehicle operators' license
- Maintain a high degree of discretion in handling confidential/sensitive information and exercise initiative in all assigned areas, high integrity and accountability standards
- Assist work team to meet the objectives of the department and the Company
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Lead the team in execution of annual Product Support coverage study in collaboration with Caterpillar, assisting in data alignment for annual coverage, vetting data for coverage study, and providing insights to Product Support Management for coverage gaps
- Attend all pertinent Coverage, PSE, OLGA, STU and Sales Funnel related meetings hosted by Caterpillar and/or Boyd, with the expectation of being an active participant
- Be a PSE expert for Boyd and lead their team in the execution of Sales PSE lead assignment, Marketing PSE campaign creation, Marketing PSE lead assignment, marketing collaboration pertaining to Marketing PSEs, and reviewing closed/loss reasoning
- Review PSE trends on a weekly basis and provide insights to their team, along with the Product Support Managers
- Be an OLGA expert for Boyd and lead their team in the execution of OLGA data alignment, customer classifications, OGLA rules compliance, customer equipment accuracy and alignment, along with sales rep assignment accuracy
- Conduct monthly OLGA audits to ensure proper alignment of customer verticals, lost opportunity trends, tying into gaps in coverage outlined above in the Coverage section
- Monitor DNA reports and provide direction to their team for prompt, accurate corrections to remain in compliance
- Be a STU expert for Boyd and lead their team in the execution of STU alignment, audits, and customer vertical changes
- Review STU trends on a weekly basis and provide insights to their team, along with the Product Support Managers
- Be a Sales Funnel expert for Boyd and lead their team in the execution of all PSEs spelled out in the PSE section above, dealer generated leads and opportunities, funnel stage management, data alignment for sales funnel reporting, and growing proactive STU
- Review Sales Funnel trends on a weekly basis and provide insights to their team, along with the Product Support Managers
- Ensure all leads and opportunities are moving through the sales funnel stages in a timely, accurate manner and direct their team appropriately to drive success in this area
- Oversee the Facebook Marketplace Storefront for Boyd, and be responsible for assisting their team in procurement, pricing, listing, and ultimately selling parts through Facebook Marketplace to drive incremental revenue
- Collaborate with all pertinent departments to procure parts available for listing on Boyd’s Facebook Marketplace Storefront
- Work with the Aftermarket Retail Manager to determine pricing strategy and execution in this previously untapped sales channel
- Determine the efficiency and effectiveness of this sales channel, and give insights to the Aftermarket Retail Manager and Executive Leadership on the state of the channel
- Full responsibility for consistency, alignment, and reporting of Product Support sales team scorecards in collaboration with Product Support management
- Create and input data required to track scorecards efficiently and accurately
- Collaborate with Executive Leadership on scorecard expectations as it pertains to metrics required within
- Communicate on a monthly basis the current standing of all Product Support sales team members to their respective managers
- Maintain good customer relations through addressing customer concerns and quickly resolving customer complaints.
- Recommend to manager ideas to improve the departments operating procedures or business practices and participate in and support continuous improvement of all related activities and processes
- Project a positive image by interacting with fellow employees, customers, and management in a cooperative, supportive, and courteous manner; display a professional attitude; comply with company dress code
- Create and maintain good communications (verbally and in writing) and relationships with other Company departments, branches, employees, outside vendors, and customers by addressing and resolving concerns quickly
